Head of Service
We’re looking for an inspiring Head of Service to join us as we enter our 20th year!
- Salary: £48,000 - £50,000
- Holiday: 37 days per year
- Hours: 37.5, Mon - Fri
- Contract: Permanent
- Closes: Friday 14th November
About the Role
This is a pivotal role within our charity, combining strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to develop our care and support provision. You will work collaboratively to shape Upmo’s future direction, strengthen partnerships with local authorities and stakeholders, and ensure our services remain responsive, sustainable, and innovative.
You will report directly to the Chief Executive as a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, working to ensure a high-quality, person-centred provision across all of our services.
