A big thank you to Life, who took part in a 26 mile Sk8athon for Upmo in August.
Life has worked at Upmo for more than four years and has had many roles here. The part she enjoys most is supporting our incredible students, and seeing them grow and achieve their goals.
This is what Life said about her challenge;
“Skating nonstop for 26 miles was definitely much more doable when I remembered our students’ faces when they get new materials or are given the opportunity to go to gigs, respite breaks and show their creations and performances. I would do it all over again any time! Probably wearing fancy dress next time to add more entertainment, of course”.
