Upmo Variety Show
An evening of performances by Upmo students, on Thursday 8 December from 7 – 9pm at Currie Kirk’s Church Halls.
We are delighted to present student talents in the Variety Show, where musical, dance and dramatic performances will take place throughout the evening. There will also be a display of artwork, photography and film.
If you are looking for a gift for the festive season, you can visit our Upmo Retail stall. There will also be opportunities to support Upmo through a raffle and tombola.
This event is free, booking via Eventbrite is essential.
Christmas Disco
For Upmo Students only, we will be hosting our annual Christmas Disco! Taking place on Wednesday 14 December, 6.30 – 8pm at St Margaret’s House.
Come along to celebrate the festive season together with entertainment throughout the evening and refreshments provided. This event is generously funded by the EHSCP Coorie In for Winter fund.
This event is free, booking via Eventbrite is essential. If you require 1x1 support whilst at Upmo, you must also bring along your own support to the disco.
Upmo Retail Markets
We are delighted to be showcasing Upmo Retail’s fantastic collection of student-made products at two festive markets in Edinburgh. Come along to find vibrant homewares, screenprinted textiles and our brand new festive cards featuring student designs.

Carolling at Asda, Leith
A group of Upmo students and staff will be singing Christmas songs and carols for customers of Asda Supermarket on Sandpiper Drive on 12 December from 11am – 12pm. Come along to show your support for the group!
Workshops
Whilst at Upmo, students will participate in some fun, festive workshops as we approach Christmas break (we will be closed from 4pm on Friday 23 December and reopen on Wednesday 4 January). We’ll share lots of their activities on social media so make sure you follow @upmoproject on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter!
